Business Manager

Looking for Young, bright, go-getter, highly energetic individuals with good communication and analytical skills to join our sales team. Ideal candidate should have an experience of 2-4 years, preferably in banking & financial services. Freshers and candidates with lesser experience will also be considered if they are exceptionally good.

A Business Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires a good understanding of the financial products and services in order to deal with individual customer’s demands and queries. Role and responsibilities:

• Identify Business Opportunities around financial products - Home loans, Mortgage loans, Personal loans, Mutual Funds, Insurance.
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities to build the brand and identify prospective customers.
• Meet Sales Targets as per budgets and ensure effective and smooth relationships with the clients.
• Tie up with builders, corporates and other entities to promote company’s offerings and generate new leads.
• Ensure effective and smooth relationship with clients.
• Maintain knowledge on products and services and assist to resolve customer queries.
• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices and laid out processes.
