Nitesh Keshri

CEO

Nitesh Keshri is the CEO and Co-Founder of Awesmart Internet Pvt. Ltd. He has been a thorough retail banking professional with over 17 years of experience with some of the largest and most respected names in Banking and Financial Services organisations like GE Money, ABN AMRO Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and HDFC Bank. He has handled various leadership roles in the domain of Lending, Client Acquisition, Branch Banking and Wealth Management and has led large teams spread over multiple locations. His vision is to spread awareness about financial products to the benefit of the common man and take financial planning to the doorstep of the average mass effectively using the digital platform. He is a distinction holder in Maths Honours and an MBA in Marketing.

Rohit Dhar

Co-Founder & advisor

Rohit Dhar is one of the two Co-Founders who has been into Product Management at eBay, PayPal, Stubhub in US leading multiple products in the eCommerce & Payments space at San Jose & San Francisco. After building products for US customers, Rohit worked for Flipkart in India where he led eBooks & Books as Head of Products helping grow eBooks user base from 10K users to 1M users in a year and grew eBooks selection from 70K to 700K in 6 months. Led, conceptualized & built Digital Products Strategy at Flipkart which was eventually leveraged as a launching product for PhonePe (A Flipkart company). Rohit’s last role was Director of Products - Retail, building digital procurement platform for Flipkart sellers.

Sourav Keshari

Head - Sales & Channel Distribution

Sourav brings with him abundance of energy and focus on one of the key functions as head of sales & channel distribution. He has 6 years of enriching sales experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank in the retail banking segment. He is an MBA in Finance and Banking from Manipal University and has hands on experience in Wealth Management, Client Servicing and Financial Advisory with an acute sense of business acumen. He is a young, passionate fellow who was instrumental in setting up the sales channel and driving the marketing initiatives of the firm.
