Client Service Officer
	 Looking for customer focused, empathetic, proactive, solution oriented young individuals with a great work ethic to join our team of customer service. Ideal candidate should have an experience of 1-3 years, preferably in banking & financial services. Freshers and candidates with lesser experience will also be considered if they are exceptionally good.

	Role and responsibilities:
	
- Manage inbound calls, maintain records for the incoming leads, ensure follow up and closure. 
 
- Generate sales leads by making outbound calls. 
 
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, handle paper work &, file documents end to end. 
 
- Coordinate with the sales team and other entities for smooth processing. 
 
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients and the sales team. 
 
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions in a time bound manner, follow up to ensure resolution. 
 
- Meet personal sales targets. 
 
- Take the extra mile to engage customers, service them and generate references.  
  
	
	Education Qualification:
	MBA/BBA/Graduate
